Categories we Sell

We are looking for all outdoor equipment that is of mid to high level quality. This will likely be an evolving list for us as we determine what our community has to sell. Here’s a short list of the things we’re looking for consignment:

• Hiking, Camping, Backpacking Gear.

• Running

• Biking

• Kayaking, SUP Boards, other watersports

• Skiing, Snowshoes and other winter gear

There are a handful of categories we simply can’t sell second hand. These include helmets of any kind, guns, knives, BMX Bikes, any electronics without UL ratings.

Brands

We are aiming to sell mid to high end equipment While we understand the importance of entry level gear, the resale value is below the standard of quality we’re aiming for. Many brands from big-box/mass merchant retailers will not be accepted. A few examples are below:

There’s no way to list every brand that we’ll take or decline. We evaluate items on a case by case basis. If in doubt, don’t hesitate to ask.

Seasonal Items

We love winter sports too! But unfortunately it doesn’t sell very well in the summer.

Gear that is strictly seasonal, like Skis and Snowshoes, may not be accepted for consignment outside of the season it is intended for. We want to support an active lifestyle throughout all seasons. We will announce when we are accepting this gear.

Apparel that is out of season will still be accepted, but keep in mind it may not sell in a timely fashion, leading to discounts or donation.
